The Role: We are looking for associates for two of our teams in the larger commercial organization, Sales Support and Relationship Management Support. As an associate in either of our Sales/RM Support team, you will be responsible for facilitating the sales and relationship management process by gathering relevant intelligence based on client-needs, liaising with other teams internally and engaging with prospects as required.
The Grade (meaningful for internal applicants only): 08A
The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.
Work Shift: Evening Shift (2PM-11PM) and Night Shift (5PM-2AM).
The Team: We work with our internal and external partners to generate revenue for the company. While working from the Islamabad office, your colleagues will be based all across Asia-Pacific, Europe and the USA. You should expect to work in an ambitious, fast and creative environment.
The Impact: You will work as a part of the larger and dynamic sales organization, looking after some of the biggest companies in the world in multiple industries (e.g. Banking, Energy, Telecommunications, Media, Fintech, Pharma etc.). Your contributions will largely impact the revenue generating engine of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects on a regular basis and perform product demonstrations meaningful to prospects needs.
- You will be promoting discovery conversations to research client responsibilities, business drivers, and team structure with the purpose of identifying viable opportunities for new sales with prospective or existing clients.
- You will also monitor and analyze reports to identify outreach opportunities for Relationship Managers and/or Sales Executives.
- You will be provided training on all of our products so you are able to address incoming client questions or issues falls under the purview of this position as well.
- You will be involved in the administrative process of the sales or the relationship management team you support and will thus have the opportunity to take over and help improve their existing processes.
What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance.
- Intermediate level of computer skills, proficiency with MS Office.
- Past experience using SalesForce will be a plus.
- Prior experience of working in a dynamic and customer driven environment will be helpful.
- Ability to effectively and expertly communicate with all levels of management internally and externally with prospects for product demos.
- Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
- An organized and structured approach to handling tasks is essential
- You should have the ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks at a time and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules
- Demonstrate interest and understanding of the financial services industry, players and roles
