Job Description
- Take inbound calls to manage call queueMake outbound calls for different products and campaign.
- Maintain courtesy and accuracy.Route complaints/ requests to concerned departments.
- Update Team Leaders regarding follow-ups and issues observed during calls.
- Maintain performance as per defined KPI`s.06 Months Experience of Banking Call Center or 1 Year
- Experience of any Call Center Office remains open 24/7 thus staff are required in gazetted holidaysSpecific TasksTake inbound callsMake outbound calls
