  • Maintain courtesy and accuracy.Route complaints/ requests to concerned departments.
  • Update Team Leaders regarding follow-ups and issues observed during calls.
  • Maintain performance as per defined KPI`s.06 Months Experience of Banking Call Center or 1 Year
