The Role: Business Analysts are responsible for end-to-end project delivery. They actively work on the scoping of proposed improvements and works with Content Managers, Product Managers, or other Project Managers to turn business requirements into actionable developer specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide and facilitate the Scrum team and related processes.
  • Partner with Product Owners to develop technical requirements.
  • Support our customers post release.
  • Promote a team culture and environment.
  • Facilitate end-to-end specification, development, testing, and release of assigned project work for our products.
  • Utilize SQL to write custom queries, stored procedures and functions.
  • Mitigate risk while handling tasks, resources, and changes.
  • Lead or work independently to provide for data transformation, testing, solving problems, and end-to-end user support needs.
  • Learn how our clients will use the products we are creating and ensure that their requirements are met or exceeded.
What we're looking for:
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment
  • Data modeling and SQL
  • Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum framework
  • Ability to clearly bring together and document product requirements
  • Strong Critical Thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly learn about new data sets and present data in a way that is clear to our users
  • Communication skills (presentation, active listening, ability to build consensus, agreement and support across functions and at all levels)
  • Experience working in large teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with global teams would be an advantage
  • Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
  • An understanding of Agile methodologies

The Role: We are looking for associates for two of our teams in the larger commercial organization, Sales Support and Relationship Management Support. As an associate in either of our Sales/RM Support team, you will be responsible for facilitating the sales and relationship management process by gathering relevant intelligence based on client-needs, liaising with other teams internally and engaging with prospects as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance.
  • Intermediate level of computer skills, proficiency with MS Office.
  • Past experience using SalesForce will be a plus.
  • Prior experience of working in a dynamic and customer driven environment will be helpful.
  • Ability to effectively and expertly communicate with all levels of management internally and externally with prospects for product demos.
  • Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
  • An organized and structured approach to handling tasks is essential
  • You should have the ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks at a time and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules

The Role: Associate, Enterprise Technical Support
The Location:This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan
The Team:We are responsible for providing 24/7 in-office product technical support for all our enterprise products.
Wondering what is In-office support? It includes monitoring and responding to email and phone queries to resolve issues with feeds, file format, API, first level data research and ad hoc project support.
The Impact: This is the first line of defense for all enterprise products. It involves monitoring product, validating, notifying clients, addressing client queries and raising improvements as per the procedure. By enthusiastically identifying issues with product, the Associate will help provide excellent client experience.

What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science with 0-2 years of experience
  • Superb communication and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude with qualities of a great teammate
  • Problem solving and thinking out of the box
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing requirements and procedures
  • Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (any 5 days of the week)
     
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Having knowledge on SQL is an added advantage
  • Understanding of financial services and debt markets, and related Terminology will prove to be effective
