Looking for Head of Risk Policy & Industry Analysis.
Location: Karachi
Remuneration: Market Competitive 
Reporting to: Chief Risk Officer 
Experience Required: 10 years of relevant Banking experience with background of Industry Research.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Ensure that an effective risk policy framework which is appropriate to the bank’s business activities exists so that the Business and Risk Head are able to conduct risk activities on a measured and controlled basis.
2) Regular review and update of all Risk Policies and process documents in line with the requirement of SBP/ Basel/ Group regulations /guidelines and keeping in view latest risk management methodologies.
3) Development and maintenance of risk processes of defining mitigating actions and monitoring their implementation.
4) Follow industry and market trends with a view to identifying areas through which innovative policies could provide the bank with a competitive advantage. 
5) Prepare annual industry analysis and give recommendation of the potential sectors for credit portfolio growth.
