MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: (i) Ph.D in Economics/ Development Economics/ Agricultural Economics/ Project Management/ Human Resource Development from university recognized by HEC. (ii) Thirteen (13) years post qualification experience in Teaching or Research/ Project Management / Project Planning/ Project Appraisal/ Project Monitoring and Evaluation in a Government/ Semi Government/ reputable private organization. OR (i) M. Phil in the above required subjects. (ii) Fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in the fields mentioned above. OR (i) Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree or equivalent in the above required subjects.
