Welcome to Bleacher Report's coverage and recap of AEW Rampage on November 4.
Mike Tyson was in attendance for this week's show, but that might not be the biggest story from Friday.
Following his surprise appearance at All Out, Katsuyori Shibata made his in-ring debut for AEW when he battled Orange Cassidy for the All-Atlantic Championship.
We also saw Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter take on Madison Rayne and Skye Blue in a tag team bout, and Ricky Starks had a few things to get off his chest.
Let's take a look at what went down during Friday's show.
Mike Tyson came out to join the commentary team so he could see Shibata challenge Cassidy for the All-Atlantic Championships.
Shibata had the upper hand for the first exchange of holds and counters, but Cassidy took him down at ringside with a suicide dive. The Japanese wrestler recovered immediately and started ramming Cassidy into different parts of the barricade.
Shibata seemed to be in the driver's seat quite a bit, but the champ kept finding ways to take control for a few moments before he would get taken down again. The 42-year-old challenger had things under control, especially when it came to the striking exchanges.
It took two Orange Punches, but Cassidy ultimately kept him down for the three-count to retain the title. Shibata showed respect with a handshake, so Cassidy gave him another pair of sunglasses.
This was a fun match that probably exceeded the expectations of some of OC's biggest critics, but it never quite hit that next level we know both men can reach. It was a solid performance that leaves plenty of room to be improved upon.
Winner: Orange Cassidy

Notable Moments and Observations
Before she gets a shot against Toni Storm for the AEW interim women's title, Hayter was in action alongside Baker in a tag team match against Blue and Rayne.
The babyfaces took control early and kept Hayter on defense for a minute, but the powerhouse eventually turned the tables and began to dominate the 23-year-old.
Rayne and Baker reignited their rivalry as soon as they were in the ring together. They fought at All In more than three years ago, but they were both defeated by Tessa Blanchard, so there is unfinished business.
Hayter was able to secure the win with a big lariat on Rayne. This match had some fun spots and sequences, but there were also some moments that did not look so great. Some of it probably came down to a couple of these women not being familiar with each other.
Winners: Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter
Grade: C+
Notable Moments and Observations
The main event of the evening saw the team of Wardlow and Samoa Joe take on Toa Liona and Kaun in what many would call a hoss fight.
The War Daddy was pissed off due to being attacked a few times in recent weeks, so he was looking to beat somebody up as soon as he got to the ring. Kaun was the unfortunate victim of his rage.
Joe and Liona eventually tagged in and traded big shots. While Gates of Agony was able to get in a little bit of offense, WarJoe definitely dominated most of the action until the commercial break.
Once Wardlow tagged back in, he began throwing both opponents around like they were cruiserweights. After unleashing the Powerbomb Symphony on Kaun, Wardlow was able to score the win for his team.
This was a relatively standard tag team match. It followed a familiar formula and allowed both teams to look good at various times. The show ended with Powerhouse Hobbs coming out and indicating he wants a TNT title shot.
Winners: WarJoe

On the eve of the epic encounter between undisputed WWE universal champion Roman Reigns and social media megastar Logan Paul at Crown Jewel, SmackDown hit the Fox airwaves with a championship clash of its own as Rey Mysterio challenged GUNTHER for the intercontinental title in the night's main event.
Would the legendary figure be able to dethrone the seemingly unbeatable Ring General, or would GUNTHER roll to another successful title defense, his reign of dominance continuing for another week?
Find out now with this recap of Friday's broadcast.
The weeks-long rivalry between Liv Morgan and Sonya Deville, which has seen the descent into extreme of the former SmackDown Women's champion, concluded Friday night with a No Disqualification Match.
A hard-hitting match centering on Morgan's intensifying aggression, it saw the competitors exchange control of the bout, with Deville appearing to have the match won following a devastating powerbomb onto steel chairs.
The resilient Morgan fought through the pain, fought from underneath and scored the win with ObLIVion.
A good match with some impressive weapon shots, it highlighted the star that Morgan has become and proved that Deville is still a massively underutilized talent whose place in prominence should not be in question following her great run as a heel authority figure a year ago.

Morgan defeated Deville

LA Knight made his match with Ricochet personal early, targeting his opponent's girlfriend, ring announcer Samantha Irvin before the bell. Ricochet took exception and took the fight to the former Maximum Male Model.
Knight turned the tide heading into the break and worked over Ricochet, unloading his arsenal on The One and Only. The babyface absorbed everything thrown at him and appeared to be en route to a victory late as he scaled the ropes.
The heel evaded the high-flying assault, reversed a rollup, and scored the tainted win via a handful of tights and ropes.
Take two very good wrestlers, put them in the ring with each other and a few minutes to work with and the result will a quality match. This felt more like the first chapter in a rivalry more than just a match for the sake of having one, which bodes well for both men.
It has been a long time since Ricochet has been involved in an actual program while Knight working with someone of his caliber is a great way to introduce the charismatic heel to the SmackDown audience.
More of this, please.

Backstage, a tormented Bray Wyatt took exception to a stagehand interrupting him and threatened violence.
Back in the ring, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos cut a promo about their title defense against The Brawling Brutes' Butch and Ridge Holland Saturday at Crown Jewel.
The New Day's Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods interrupted and called next, stating their intention to challenge for the gold next. The Brutes attacked from out of nowhere and New Day exited. The arrival of Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa gave the heels the numbers advantage as a beatdown ensued.
Despite a comeback attempt by Butch, Sikoa put an exclamation point on the segment, laying him out with the Spinning Solo.
This was a smartly constructed segment in that it gave fans a look at things to come after Crown Jewel, put over the tenacity of Butch and the ferocity of Sikoa as the indestructible force he has
The Wyatt stuff was great but, as has been the case since his return, it was more about planting the seeds for the inevitable revelation of whatever this incarnation of Wyatt looks like.

SmackDown Women's champion Ronda Rousey accompanied Shayna Baszler to the squared circle for her match with Natalya.
Baszler, rediscovering the killer instinct that Rousey demanded of her a few weeks back, tore through The Queen of Harts en route to a submission victory.
This was a great reintroduction to the Baszler fans of the NXT brand knew and loved. She stomped the arm of Natalya, manipulated her joints and choked her out, all while an approving Rousey watched from ringside.
It was exactly what it needed to be and Baszler will benefit exponentially after two years of mediocrity on the main roster, thanks to sub-par booking.

It was fine for what it was, but hardly a strong enough segment to drum up interest for a match only fans of spectacle will appreciate.

The much-hyped match between No. 1 contender Rey Mysterio and Intercontinental champion GUNTHER headlined Friday's show.
The Ring General dominated the competition early, overwhelming the future Hall of Famer with his size and power advantages. The pesky Mysterio teased a comeback on several occasions but the champion cut him down and continued to work him over.
Down the stretch, the all-timer did mount that comeback and came within seconds of dethroning the Austrian. Instead, GUNTHER managed to thwart his comeback attempt and deliver a lariat clothesline for the win.
This was a fantastic match that further proved how superb an in-ring talent the champion is while reaffirming the greatness of Mysterio. At age 47, he is having better matches than wrestlers half his age and low-key entering his name in contention for G.O.A.T. status.
These two had extraordinary in-ring chemistry and a rematch or two would not be a bad thing. For now, GUNTHER continued his reign of dominance, begging the question: who will be strong enough to finally take the title away from him?
